Hong Haochang 洪浩昌
Hong Haochang was born in Yunnan, China in 1973. He became a professional painter immediately after graduating from the China Academy of Art in 1999. In January 2002, Chang established his art studio and was widely covered by various news media. His artworks are collected and displayed at numerous museums and universities. He also publishes catalogues of his own paintings.
The artworks of Hong during the late 90’s are mostly images of nature and landscapes. His love for travelling brings him constant inspirations in his work reflecting his emotions stirred up by new sights, unfamiliar places, different people and events.
